MISSION	To support conference & local mission Sabbath School Directors to train andresourceChurchPastors, Sabbath school leaders & members to become able bible students, living and growing in His Word. Our purpose of existence
OBJECTIVE	Objective 1: Nurturing disciples in Christ through Study of the Word. Objective 2: Winning & baptizing disciples in Christ through His Word. Objective 3: Training and equipping quality bible teachers to become better disciple-makers. Objective 4: Assisting disciples to become apostles through weekly mission offerings for the global missionary work. Objective 5: To create a worship environment that facilitates the worship of God in Truth & in Spirit. What we will measure
STRATEGIES	Strategy 1 Small group-dynamic for bible study groups. Strategy 2: Small group-dynamic & one-2-one for providing a winsome environment & baptism Strategy 3: Certification course for bible teachers. Strategy 4: Encourage generous weekly mission offerings to support the global mission work. Strategy 5: Praise and worship, prayer, bible reading, study of His Word What we will do to make PMSS successful over 5 years
